What is NCR?

NCR carbonless printing is perfect where one or more copy is required of a document. When you write on the top sheet, it is copied to the sheets below. NCR printing is perfect for your invoices, receipts, order forms and purchase orders etc. These can be printed either 1 or 2 sided (terms & conditions on reverse) And then made into Loose sets, Pads or Books (stapled & perforated).

Our NCR Sets are typically used as receipts, order forms and worksheets although as we can print the sets with any design, they can be used for any purpose.

  • Portrait or landscape orientation
  • 2 part, 3 part & 4 part
  • Printed to the face (front of all the sheets) & reverse (back of all the sheets, i.e. for T&Cs), if required.
  • Identical print to all parts as standard however we do offer a second different print.
  • Printed in black ink as standard (1 or 2 spot colour or full colour available) This must be specified in the PDF
  • Glued at the top, the short edge for DL (unless requested otherwise)
  • No messy blue carbon paper required
  • Free UK mainland delivery (white label)

Please note

If you would like numbering: Please supply two files, one for print and one showing the numbering position as a guide.

If you are selecting double sided print, we suggest using 70% black for the reverse to avoid show-through.
