1. ORDERING

    How do I place an order?

    Ordering through our website is simple; once you've paid for your order you can upload your artwork directly online.


    Just follow the steps below to get started:

    • Find the item you need from the menu.
    • Use the drop-downs to choose the specifications you would like and click Add to Basket.
    • Once you have everything in the basket that you need, click on the basket icon in the top, right corner of the screen.
    • Confirm delivery details.
    • Proceed to checkout and enter a delivery address.
    • You're now ready to upload your artwork!

  2. SUPPLYING ARTWORK

    How do I send my artwork?

    Once you have paid for your order you will be able to upload your artwork via the link to the wetransfer.com area of the website.

  3. PAYMENT

    Which methods of payment does Colophonpress.com offer?

    We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider Stripe.

  4. What are the cut off times?

    Our cut off time for placing orders is 3 pm every working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed as quickly as possible but may roll over to the next working day for processing.

  5. Turnaround Times

    Please note that our turnaround times are the time it takes to produce your print in our factory before dispatch for next working day delivery.
    EG. An item ordered by a 2-day turnaround will be dispatched from the factory on day 2 for delivery so would be received on the 3rd day. This is because not all our products are produced on our site here in Carlisle. Due to insurance purposes, we cannot allow customer visits to our production facility. 

  6. Can I make changes to my order once the artwork has been approved?

    Due to the quick turnarounds that we offer, we are unable to make any changes to the artwork, or the order itself, once your artwork has been placed and artwork has been uploaded to us.

  1. DELIVERY

    How much is delivery?

    All products on our website include Free UK delivery.

  2. Can I Send it direct to my client?

    You can! We offer white-label packaging on all orders to ensure things are completely confidential.

  3. VAT

    Generally, flyers/leaflets/booklets are zero-rated for VAT and we don't charge VAT by default. However, there are certain rules which mean that VAT should be applied to your order, for example, may be:

    i) If your Flyer / Leaflet / Booklet is used as admission to the premises
    ii) If it's used to obtain a discount on goods or services
    iii) If there is an area designed to be written on.

    Please note that your order may be put on hold until the VAT element part of the order is paid.

  4. OUR PRODUCTS

    Do your products include design?

    All of our prices are based on print-ready artwork being supplied to us. We can however offer a professional design service at an additional cost should you require it. Please contact us for more details on this service.

  5. Bespoke Printing

    The website contains most of our regular print products however we can work with you to create your bespoke project. Please contact one of the team with your requirements.

  6. Can I order custom quantities or sizes?

    We want to make ordering with colophonpress.com.com as quick and simple as possible, so we have the most popular items available. However,if you require different sizing or quantities other than those listed online for our products, please contact us.
